Garentee's

I guarentee my work when you purchase a painting or  giclee print.  If you buy an original work of art direct from myself,  you will have  30 day's after recieving it to try it and enjoy it. If you change your mind request a full refund and return art (please return within 30 days, and let me know after recieving it, you my be returning it). I just ask that the art be returned in the condition you recieved it before hand. Shipping (both ways) is none refundable (unless shipping error on my part).    For the Giclees I offer the same. If you purchase through an art gallery I am subject to thier return policy's. This means,  we will fallow galleries return policy, I will honer their policy!    I am always looking for suggestions to better serve you and guarentee my work.  The same applies for commission work (minuse draft retainer). However if for any reason you are not satisfied with your personal commission you will agree to give all rights to Ettina for reproduction and sales.   If you have any suggestions (what you would like to see as a buyer) please let me know.

Giclee's

"Giclees" is a french word that literally means "spray of ink", and is the ultimate merger of art and science. With the creation of information from a professional transparency which has been made from the original artwork, you can get the highest quality remake of an original.  A printing head sprays millions of ink droplets to a perceived resolution of 1850 dpi with the abitilty to reproduce 512 levels of gray per color (cmyk). The inks used in this process are specifically developed for the reproduction of fine art,  and  it is my practice to continually search for those inks that have the largest life span for your works of art. Currently inks that are in use have an estimated life of 50 to 100 years,  when exibited under museum conditions. This means like all fine art you need to take care to protect art from damaging light,  sun, moisture, smoking (good reason to quit smoking) and other harmful elements.  I will be fallowing the printing processes to assure you the best. By checking and approving all colors and materiels,  I hope to provide you and generations to come with  a picture that can always be enjoyed.
